Mike Sheehan

This particular carbon-based unit is co-founder and managing editor of Scholars and Rogues, co-administrator of Dirty Hippies, co-founder and co-moderator of TerraList, and host of the scrapbook of madness Jazz from Hell.

He was born in New Jersey and raised hither and yon, but now calls Colorado home, where he lives with his family. He’s a graduate of Metro St. College of Denver and counts among his many inspirations Carl Sagan, Hunter Thompson, Richard Pryor, George Carlin, Jon Stewart and Dad.

Aside from being a writer, a smartass, and a pretty good trivia player, he also enjoys photography, hiking, movies, music, sports, space, weirdness, good food, fine ale and general merriment.

Mike compiles the Nota Bene feature at S&R and has a lot of fun doing so. If you have an interesting link you think merits inclusion, drop him a line.

His postography at Scholars & Rogues can be seen here.
