A cooking question

Which do you think would be better – chorizo fried in bacon grease or bacon fried in chorizo grease?

Also, I’ve noticed that, for whatever reason, sausage tastes better when I haven’t read the ingredients on the label.

Jesus is coming, and he’s going to be hungry when he gets here…

  1. It would be a travesty to fuck up good chorizo (choh-reez-oh) cooking it in anything other than its own oils and juices. So I’ll have to go for the bacon fried in chorizo drippings…spicey!

    • I’m with you, Frank. Except I’d cook the bacon by itself and share it with my dog Simon. I’d hate to ruin good chorizo that way.
