Amendment X

No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner; nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

  1. No day off! Considering how Congress and the statehouses have demonstrated an amazing ability to pull off all manner of shenanigans “in a manner to be prescribed by law,” I think this one might need at least a tiny tweak 😉 *ducks*
