    I love it. In my Ecuador post, I made a similar point–the flora at high altitude/low oxygen environments looks remarkable like the stuff under the ocean. Or on Mars, as the case may be. Great shot, Sam, really nice.

      Thanks. Of course, I plan on keeping all this stuff and then coming back in a couple of years to see what I can do once I’ve learned about photography. I fear I’m going to recoil from this the way I now do when remembering poetry I wrote when I was 18.

      Still, the Botanic Gardens are awesome. A talented shooter could make a living in that place.
